4. Subscription Plans

Pushp Pravah offers the following subscription plans:

• ₹101 per month (Monthly Plan)

• ₹1101 per year (Annual Plan)

5. Billing and Payments

• All subscriptions are prepaid

• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay, Wix Payments)

• We do not store your payment details

• Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle

• Pricing may be updated with prior notice

6. Service Terms

By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Flowers must be kept ready at the scheduled pickup time

• Only used puja flowers will be accepted

• No other waste materials will be collected

• Service is provided based on route planning and operational schedules

• Pickup frequency and timing may vary depending on location and logistics

• Missed pickups due to customer unavailability will not be rescheduled

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time

• Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle

• No refunds (full or partial) will be provided once a billing cycle has started

8. User Responsibilities

• Not to misuse the service

• Missed pickups due to customer unavailability
